It takes 2 to 3 weeks. We look at everything a buyer would care about — the numbers, the risks, the story behind the business. You get a detailed report, a defensible valuation, and a straight answer: is a sale realistic? What could go wrong? What would need fixing?
There’s a modest upfront fee — a one-time commitment that ensures we can do the work properly. If we go on to manage your exit, that amount is credited back in full. No hourly rates. No hidden upsells. Just a serious process, built for a serious outcome.

No. Many founders will engage with us long before they decide to exit. The Diagnostic is designed to give you visibility — not pressure. It shows you how a buyer would see your business today, what issues might block a deal, and how far you are from being genuinely exit-ready.
You receive a detailed written report, including a valuation range, a red flag heatmap across legal, financial, and operational categories, and a Go / No-Go recommendation based on deal realism. Everything is handled in confidence, and there’s no obligation to proceed.
The Diagnostic is a fixed engagement fee of $5,000 (or local equivalent). This covers the entire process — analysis, report, debrief — and is fully credited against your success fee when you move forward.
When we proceed to execution, the success fee is 4% of the final sale price. There are no hidden costs. The Diagnostic fee is deducted from this amount — so incentives stay aligned throughout.
Ventariom Advisory works with operationally mature, cash-generating businesses — typically between $2M and $10M in annual turnover. We focus on service-led, mid-market companies in sectors like B2B, logistics, professional services, healthcare, and manufacturing. We don’t work with distressed businesses or speculative sellers.
The Diagnostic takes two to three weeks. When you move forward, Preparation usually runs four to six weeks, and Execution around eight to ten — depending on buyer timing. Some founders will pause after the Diagnostic. Others proceed straight through. The system is built to adapt — without losing structure.
